We make every effort to ensure that product information, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice.

All products are handmade bridal veils and accessories. Colors and textures may vary slightly due to lighting and individual screen settings.
We reserve the right to:
- discontinue any product at any time;
- limit sales to certain geographic regions or customers;
- limit the quantities of any products.
Custom-made items, including custom length, color, design, trim, or personalization, are eligible for returns and exchanges under the same conditions as other veils, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
If a custom-made item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices on our website are listed in the currency shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
5. Shipping
We currently ship orders to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard Shipping is free and has an estimated transit time of 10–14 business days.
Express Shipping has an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days, with the price shown at checkout.
Estimated total delivery time, including processing, is:
- Standard Shipping: 11–17 business days
- Express Shipping: 4–8 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

6. Returns and Exchanges
Our return and exchange policies are described in detail in our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible, unused veils may be returned by mail within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. No restocking fee applies.
Custom-made veils, including custom length, color, design, trim, or personalization, are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery and exchanges within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, and meet the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@tinaveil.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after the returned item is received and approved.

7. Personal Information
