Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

All orders are shipped from our studio in Warsaw, Poland (European Union).

Domestic Shipping (Poland)

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on destination:

European Union

  • Standard delivery: 4–8 business days

  • Express delivery: 2–4 business days

United States & Canada

  • Standard delivery: 7–14 business days

  • Express delivery: 3–7 business days

United Kingdom

  • Standard delivery: 5–10 business days

  • Express delivery: 2–4 business days

Other international destinations

  • Standard delivery: 10–20 business days

Delays may occur due to customs or international transit conditions.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination country

  • selected shipping method

  • order weight/size

We offer free shipping on selected products when available.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.

These fees are:

  • not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • the responsibility of the customer

Your order may be delayed at customs, which is outside our control.


Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.
Tracking numbers are activated within 24–48 hours after shipment.


Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

  • incorrect / incomplete address

  • delivery refusal

  • failure to pick up from a post office

If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged: Please contact us at info@tatianabride.com within 7 days of delivery. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
