Please note that custom-made veils are non-returnable for change-of-mind requests. This includes veils made with custom length, color, design, trim, or personalization.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@tinaveil.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund, including the original shipping cost where applicable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after the returned item is received and the refund is approved. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
