Welcome to TinaVeil. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at tinaveil.com and any purchases you make with us. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. About Us

TinaVeil is a handmade bridal atelier based in Warsaw, Poland. We design and craft bridal veils in our own studio and sell them directly to customers worldwide. You can reach us at info@tinaveil.com.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

3. Our Products

All TinaVeil veils are handcrafted individually in our Warsaw atelier. Because each piece is made by hand, there may be slight variations in texture or appearance between items. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or restrict sales to certain regions at our discretion. Custom orders — including custom length, colour, trim, or design — are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other available payment methods. Full payment is required before an order is processed.

5. Orders and Accuracy

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and availability information are accurate. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel or adjust your order. We will notify you promptly if this happens.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms, delivery times, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Our return and exchange conditions are set out in our Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase. Custom-made veils are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.

8. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with GDPR and applicable Polish law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photos, text, designs, and branding — belongs to TinaVeil and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
