Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your veil. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
You may return or exchange your veil within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-made veils (custom length, colour, or design)
- Veils that show signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or damage
- Veils used for photoshoots, fittings, or events
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover the cost and make it right.
